A Private Community in Southeast Columbia

Make sure that Maggie in the Office has your contact information.

The new arm gates are intended to keep people from entering Reflections who do not belong here.
They are timed in such a way to allow one car or truck to enter safely.
But if you try to piggyback in behind another car without allowing the gate to close and then opening for you, you will break the gate and end up paying a thousand dollars to have it fixed. There are cameras recording everyone who comes into the gate. Don't think you can break the gate and get away with it.

Also, do not under any circumstances open the gate for someone you do not know. They should have a code of their own or given to them by whomever they are visiting.

Have respect for our community and use the gates properly and safely. Thank you.

Getting Visitors and Contractors into Reflections.

If you are inviting guests or having contractors or other vendors to enter Reflections you need to do the following things:

  1. Make sure they enter the main gate on Ulmer Road. They cannot enter anything on the keypad at the Rawlinson Road Gate.
  2. Make sure you give them your gate code so they can use the main gate keypad to enter.
  3. Make sure they know that only one vehicle at a time can enter. You will be responsible for paying for a broken gate.
